Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging when possible.

Writing Instruments

Writing instruments must be returned unused, undamaged, and with any included packaging or accessories.

Pens that have been inked, dipped, written with, damaged, modified, or used may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or issue with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Used, damaged, or altered items

• Items missing original parts or packaging

• Items returned outside the return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as an incorrect or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
