We carefully pack each order so your writing instruments, desk accessories, and workspace objects arrive safely and ready to use or gift.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

The Desk Curator is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your mail area, or local carrier office.
